Balzac's in Liberty Village makes the kind of cappuccinos I like. The delicious kind. This is possibly the best cappo I've had in Toronto. A bold, slightly sweet taste with a creamy crema. The cafe is as picture perfect as a Paris postcard. I'll confirm if it is similar to the real thing when I visit the City of Lights later this year. PIX
