Just like the soap opera that I never saw, Santa Barbara was here and then gone. My brief stay in town left me with a good yet narrow opinion of this quiet city by the sea. State Street is a one stop shop, drink & eat destination. We hadn't had Thai food since coming to California so it was nice to get a good meal in at Galanga Thai Restaurant. Further was going to be at The Santa Barbara Bowl on Oct. 7 but again my timing was off. Missed them in San Francisco. Missed them in L.A. Three strikes and you're out!
